Think of My1Stop as a real shopping mall gone virtual ...

It is a mall that houses many shop lots (e-stores), managed by different sellers who sell/promote their own products/services. Each seller is a separate entity from My1Stop, and is responsible for the products/services they offer and its delivery.

Think of how the physical shopping mall around you works - that's how My1Stop works too! We're the store providers & while we generally do not interfere with your trade with our sellers, we're always around to assist you (especially when it comes to online payment & technical difficulties) to ensure safe & pleasant shopping experience for you.

My1Stop has 3 main sections; Business Wing, Enterprise Wing & Startup Wing (based on the sellers' package). No matter which e-store you shop from, they generally share the same familiar shopping style to help you shop more conveniently.

When we say shop online, we mean it!

Each e-store has its own checkout counter, whereby you can order items online. With e-stores in the Business Wing & Enterprise Wing, you can even pay for your ordered items online using credit card or online banking directly through these e-stores!

You can check your order history anytime!

Need to check your order details? Need a list of e-stores you've purchased from & a quick way to contact the sellers? Need to refer quickly to the delivery tracking code of your orders? Checking these details through email can be quite messy! My1Stop keeps it simple for you to check your orders from various e-stores in our mall :)

Ask, tell, remind, comment ... interact!

Send messages to sellers easily through their e-store's webmail form, message boards, chat boxes. Refer to the sellers' online status & if they're online, just chat with them for realtime interaction! And if they're not online, post messages on the e-store's message board or use the webmail to send your message straight to their email for a more private conversation.

Fraud prevention - look for My1Stop Verified Seller Seal

To better protect you, beginning March 2010, My1Stop introduced a verification procedure to sellers to gain additional proof of our sellers' identity. This initiative is aimed at reducing fraud, promoting serious & genuine sellers, and encouraging your trust when shopping in our mall. Every verified seller will have the 'My1Stop Verified Seller' Seal shown at the bottom-right of their e-store. And if you ever experience fraud with any of our sellers, we welcome your report.

Create your FREE account & start shopping!

In order for you to use any of our seller's shopping cart and make online orders, whether will be paid online directly through the e-store or not ... you will first have to create an account with My1Stop. Your credentials are needed for My1Stop's record, for the seller's & for your own record, for delivery purposes, and for fraud-checking (if necessary - we take pride in protecting our sellers too!). If you are only interested in buying online, then you can create a FREE customer account. If you would like to participate in our Affiliate Program & resell our featured e-stores for extra income, or/and sell online yourself in our mall ... then you may create a seller/affiliate account from FREE (for 2 months trial). We leave the choice to you :)
